Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

The sketch and the finished color piece are both extremeley well done.  I really like the original sketch, as I like the black and white feel of this "gritty" piece, very cool (per usual).

1. That's understandable and respectable, but sometimes I can't help the way that I am. Know what I mean?

2. Well, it's true, in a way. But to be honest, I can't draw a lick when I'm pissed off. I get too frustrated too easily. When I'm in a lesser form of anger, I can get away with it. Sadness is kinda different though. I find that with sadness, I can draw better and with more feeling, most times.

I actually like the original more myself, to be honest, but it's always fun to color in Photoshop. smile

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

I promise I'm working on something new for yous guys and gals. If all goes as planned(does it ever?), it should be pretty different from anything I've done so far.

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

I scanned the picture I told y'all of earlier, and (much) later today, I'll start cleaning it up and get it ready to be colored and posted.

Hope y'all like it. And trust me, it's dramatically different than the last picture.

woot! Can't wait to finish this one. big_smile

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

It's cleaned and prepped, and slightly colored, as I got continually interrupted throughout the day today. Maybe I'll have better luck finishing this tomorrow.

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

Sorry for the long hold up on the new one, but I'm sort of taking a short break off of it, to sort of...keep it fresh, in a way. I was looking at it so much, it started looking kinda stale to me. So I'm taking a day or two off so it'll be cool again, and hopefully the next time I jump back into it, I can get it completely done that time around.

Ciao

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

I can understand that Bloodfang wink Happens to me at work sometimes. I just end up walking away, doing something else, then when I get back something jumps out at me that I need to fix. wink

Well, just think about this for a second. Would you rather have a bland, lackluster rushed picture...or would you like to have a good, polished and well-done picture?
