You probably got the first bunch of the shirts which were black and white that was made a few months ago. This is a NEW bunch of shirts which are now in color. If you want it, ask RealDealBubba at bubbawolf@hotmail.com .

Re: Bubba The Redneck Werewolf Comic: Honorary Forum

The colored version of the BUBBA T-shirt that you see on my site is one that I initially colored for Mitch some time ago shortly after I drew the piece.
As Blue Eyes Wolf said ,the first round of BUBBA shirts that Mitch produced were in Black/White , this was by no means a scam or planned thing ,just that at the time he could only afford to get the Black/White shirts done.
Now he is able to get a colored version made.
In the coming months the SURFACE ART STUDIOS will be producing a BUBBA T which will feature the cover art of issue #7(which was originally designed to be a T-shirt illustration) along with some additional BUBBA items in co-operation with Mitch Hyman.....
                                                                                    -stay tuned Pack Members.

Shawn... you state on the site there that the red #3 hat was a tribute to Dale Sr.   when the story I know was more directed toward the Curse of the Bambino... Babe Ruth and the Sox... thus the "red hat"... also, Mitch went a few rounds already with the widow of Dale, Sr. judicially speaking.

Yep, it's true, RealDealBubba told me the same thing, Shawn. Bubba's red hat is to meant Babe Ruth.

OOOOOPPPPPPSSSSS!!!!!!
Sorry about that ,keep forgetting that the Earnhardt family owns the number 3.... I keep getting my stories mixed up , "old age" or too much liquor ,can't tell.
As far as the great T-shirt color mystery goes , sorry BUBBAWOLF but you will have to take it up with Mitch , I'm sure he'll find a way to set you up good.
Now if you'll excuse me I gotta go submit a copyright form  for the word "Earnhardt"....wish me luck.

Re: Bubba The Redneck Werewolf Comic: Honorary Forum

Holy Corn muffin's an' blackstrap molasses! I leave ya'll for two minutes and look at the state of this website! Okay, i'm pullun' yhis forum over and ain't nobody gettin' Ice Cream! LOL!

Shawn, thanks from me to you and cadre for cleaning this mess up! Bubbawolf, you got the right shirts! Shawn didn't understand how confusing this can get for folks, so next time, ya'll e-mail ME for info on Merchandise that ain't comin' from Shawn. He just had posted a FUTURE color design for later, the shirts ya'll have NOW are the ones I promised. Check earlier postings from here on the cafe about those, please...Meanwhile ol' Shawn is doing some cool prints and  later this year a T-shirt all his own design will be comin' ya'lls way. But for now, due to keeping stuff affordable for myself and my fans, (I gotta take care of us important folks like you as you know) AND also due to some MAJOR licensing deals i have cookin' cause of the movie, we're just doing the one color double sided shirts till later this summer. Also, the hat isa tribute to Babe ruth. He started the curse that kept the red socks outta the world series championships due to his being traded to the NY Yankees back in the day. So, I figured, being the big baseball fan I am, that since Bubba was kinda cursed, then we should do an homage to the greatetst curse in Baseball history and' if ya'll remeber back when the hurricanes hit florida, I over heard some NY city slickrs makin' remarks abot fla that ticked me off. So, i even predicted a BOSOX win that year in august at my website cause I was madder n' you know what an' where  from those cheap and childish comments them guys made bout my home state! Serves 'em right too and let's see what the "best team" money can buy does in the next few years. Come on Cubbies! but as for New York...I ain't against the whole state, I gots good friends up there for sure, just some of those smug urban types get on my nerves when they think that there ain't a whole country out here besides them. Plus...Now you know the hat ain't for the late Dale E. Great man and good driver, but just coincidence, besides I'm kinda realted to the folks from NASCAR'S # 20, thanks to the Bubba Gal here at home an' ya'll know that Tony S. ain't someone to mess with! LOL!

So, I hope this clears it all up and a note to my TEAM BUBBA members aka my art team...Ya'll are the best, but let me handle the merchandise stuff as it's my butt what should get all the blame for any goof-ups and I don't want ya'll to have to worry about this stuff  as it's my responsibility and only I have the power to make it right, we all know what comes with great power...Bigger electric bills and possibly upset fans! LOL!

Ya'll take care and no worries...Real deal Bubba ALWAYS has the real deal...just ask ME!

Now, the new Bubba website: www.bubbatheredneckwerewolf.com

will be open in just two weeks! We'll have movie news, comic news, fan letters and communications, cool stuff we do and see at shows, new Bubba fans and pictures of these happy folks too. You'll get all The REAL deal Bubba news there too. We won't have forums as the cafe here  is kickin' butt with those an' I likes to get out now and then too! LOL!

Shawn, cadre and other Bubba artists , wait till ya see some of the fan stuff I've gotten from some pretty big names in the comic biz,  and my regualr guys like Shawn and past regular foks like ol cadre, will be there with prints and and a good word about the Bubba stuff and other projects they're working on. They'll be links to the cast and crew of the film and anouncments about our new production team and wait till you hear who have on-board now!! Sid Haig, myself will be handling the creative stuff and Bill W.,  Bruce L will be handling the business end, and we wish to to thank longshot entertainment for their previous involvement and wish them the best on future endeavors. But wait till ya'll see what the new production comapny (Myself  and Sid as part of it all , thank you!) AND wait till ya'll see what we've come up with! Cause... now you will!  Our new website will be the official and ONLY place to get Bubba news outside of Sid Haig's site. Anything else is well... anything else! LOL!
I'm also puttin' the finishing touches ona new script ofr a film i hope to get into production right after we wrap Bubba this year. It will bea an action/ adventure/fantasy flick for the younger crowd. so, I ain't just a one trick Wolf, ya'll! LOL! I've spoken to a few folks about it in the industry who know these things and they think it'll be a good film to make and I"m happy to hear it. Plus, my regular fans will enjoy too as it's gonna be a  brawlin' and wild ride for all ages.

They'll be behind the scenes pics of us working on make-up and other stuff. Shawn, Bill M. (Former DC a, Disney, and Marvel art guy) will be turing out concept . storyboards and art direction for the film. thanks fellas! And "oh, buddy"....Wait till ya'll see the night we did Sid Haig's life cast at the studio of the folks who work on adult Swim's Robot Chicken TV show. That was a wild evening!

Also, I'll be posting my short story Bubba tales too, to get ya'll raedy for when Shawn and I bring out the next Bubba comic in a few months, after thato'l Bubba will be a regular thang and you can order them from the website too!  So, if ya don't live near a comic shop, no problem1 Now, I'm kicking off con season at the Wizard Philly show. Sahwn, Myself and colorist Mike Dolce will there to sign books and let ya'llsee some new stuff we're doing in the future like Bubba's howling hot sauce and other goodies. Hang on, the wolf is running fast and right atcha!  Right now i'm packin' up to join some of my ol' buddies here in FLA to go on our annual "Ol' farts  surfin' an' shark teasin' weekend". If those stupid sharks ain't heard what i does to gators , then they're in for a real educatin' experience! LOL! Think i'll wear my lucky ham while I'm out on the longboard, that'll get em close enough for a smack on the snoot!  So, I'm off ta hang ten and back to the surf shack again! See ya'll soon! big_smile and big_smile (Sid and I happy as two pig's in a wallow about the film!)
