Yeah... Whoever wrote the story for it obviously didn't pay much attention to the facts! There's also the small matter of it looking almost EXACTLY like "Balto" with just a few minor details changed. The animation doesn't even look all that spectacular! it just...looks so half-assed! They need to make a decent animated movie about wolves!

Ah, yeah, I thought it was an odd portion, too. Ah, yeah, that could be it. Makes sense to me. I guess it's my brain telling me it's okay to grow up now...

It is so true, they really did a terrible job at this film and it is very disappointing. I definitely don't like that they really did steal the Balto style cartoon. I do think in general though a lot of the animated films are going down hill these days. I mean there are a few I enjoy but not in the same way as I had before, there is just too much stupid humor in them these days...

Quite possibly. Although I don't think you necessarily have to grow up, as that is choice where growing in age is mandatory.

Yeah. Animated movies seem to have progressively gotten less and less good since the new millenium began. They were great in the 90s, and Disney was releasing great stuff pretty much every decade up to the 90s for a while... And now it seems that they're making animated movies specifically aimed at kids instead of entire families like they used to, so the only people that can really enjoy them are children. There are still some great animated movies out there (like the first two "Shrek" movies, everything Pixar has done, etc.) but it isn't anything like it was say...10 years ago...

Yup. Hahaha, I guess not. But it's time to gain a little independence, at least!

That is probably the rub right there, they are making movies for young kids, when they used to be movies for everyone to enjoy. I think it is sad that they have done that really, as kids have the young television shows, and I don't think many adults really care to even watch the movies their kids are these days...

It seems to be getting better again, though. Apparently "Despicable Me" is really good...and of course "Up" is great...and a couple others that have come out this year that I've forgotten the names of () haven't gotten bad reviews either.

THERE IS A MAJOR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEATH METAL AND SCREAMO. Also, a Christian death metal band? You don't see that every day! Though there are a few CHristian death metal bands that I can think of!
