Yeah, it's probably like the "Around the World in 80 Days" movie with Jackie Chan.
which was godawful.
Don't ever see it!
EVER!
EVEREVEREVEREVEREVER
However, I liked "Ella Enchanted", but maybe that's cuz I haven't read the book.
Ah yeah, it is.
I mean, the other things my friend told me about her...just kinda...creeped me out.
Also, I'm not sure how I feel about her cleaning herself like she actually is a cat. I'll admit that I have my quirks - I growl when I get frustrated, but that's not something I can control. Cleaning yourself as though you are a cat does sound like something you can easily control - why would you do that..? It doesn't clean you, really. Humans need showers! It also frustrates me when some Therians will call their significant others their "Mates" because that term is just as human as "girlfriend" as it is the term scientists use for two animals that are together. I highly doubt the two animals think "OMIGAWD WE ARE MATES LOL" themselves. Okay, maybe that's not a big deal, but whenever I'm in a relationship, I will call my significant other "Girlfriend".
Also, there were...other things my friend described about her that just rubbed me as flat-out weird that I care not to discuss until later.
Hahahahahahaha, well I shall be sure not to watch that film then. (I had actually entirely forgotten they had made a recent film of that book.
)
I quite agree that is probably something that could be controlled for very easily. She may have the urge to do so but she could still refrain from doing so. Hahahahahahahahahahaha, as for the mates, I call my Girlfriend, "Girlfriend and every once and awhile "mate in training." Not because I'm a Therian or anything but simply because it is such an odd fun phrase.

You shouldn't, it's just...TERRIBLE! It isn't anything like the book, and it's not even a good movie. I could've excused the vast differences between the novel and the film if it was good. I liked the third "Harry Potter" movie the most despite the fact that it's very different from the third book because it was a well-made film. The "Around the World in 80 Days" with Jackie Chan just SUCKS.
Yeah, it's something that can easily be controlled I think.
I'll admit to wanting to do some odd things, such as uh...howling, but I've only done that out loud once on a camping trip under the pretense of a joke. If it's something I know I can easily control, I'm not gonna do it.
However, I will admit to walking upstairs on all fours when we were still living in a house that had a staircase quite frequently.
But that's different!
I think...
...okay, maybe it's not...

Ah, I enjoyed that movie.

"Around the World in 80 Days" w/Jackie Chan or "Ella Enchanted"?
If "Around the World in 80 Days"...well, to each their own!
Congrats @ passing the MCAT, btw!

Hahahahahahahahaha, I saw Around the World in 80 Days (or at least part of it), in some class or something and I thought it wasn't too bad.
Thanks!!!!!!!!
Finally I can be stress free this summer.
How are you this evening?
Offline
I saw it with my cousins/aunt/uncle in Idaho.
Maybe that added to the bad taste it left in my mouth.
You're welcome! Yeah, now you can just kick back, relax and stuff.
Pretty meh, tonight was kinda sleepless again. And the very little sleep I had was filled with nightmares, I just had a rough night.
Offline
Why? Do you not like them?
Hahahahahaha, you bet!
Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. Remember any of them?
Offline
They made living there an absolute nightmare.
Especially my hardass Mormon uncle who wouldn't let me listen to music, watch TV, or do anything fun on Sundays so that I can fill myself with "the spirit". Every Sunday, I'd go outside and sit beneath a tree in the backyard with my Mp3 player because I'm a hardcore rebel like that.
Yeah, basically someone was keeping me from getting to my friends. And when I called this guy out for bein' an asshole, he started to threaten me with violence. This all took place at school in the courtyard outside where I'd eat lunch. It was simple, but still rather unpleasant. Especially since when I was trying to get away from him, I was all of a sudden running on one of those rope bridges you see in those movies and the wooden boards becan to break...

Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. I have an aunt/uncle/cousins that I don't particularly like either. They're always really snobby and mean.
Hahahahaha, you are such a rebel.
Did you wake up mad/annoyed?
Offline
Yeah, it sucked.
I felt really...isolated in Idaho.
We lived outside of town in the middle of nowhere.
It woulda been better, I think, if we lived in town.
I mean, I'd still have been living with my aunt and uncle and cousins, but it woulda been better.
I woke up kinda annoyed, yeah.
I dunno what brought that dream on...
Offline
I hate dreams like those.
So random question: Which bear is best?
Offline
Me too.
uhh...
I dunno...
The ones that don't kill you if you accidentally wander into their territory..?
Offline
Hahahahahahaha, false. Black bear is best.
Beets, Bears, Battlestar Galactica.
THE GAME. YOU LOSE.
Offline
I'm.
So very confused right now.
GODDAMMIT.
NOOOO, NOT AGAAAIN.
First that Chuck E. Cheese commercial, AND NOW YOU!
Hey, remember when you said you were going to interpret that dream I had a few days ago?
Have you done it?
Offline
Beets are the cure to every disease.
What?
Nope. I sort of gave up after I saw Vin's.
I was going to treat it in much more of a vision manner rather than a dream.
Offline
...oh they are, are they?
I was complaining about you making me lose the game for a second time today.
Hey, I still wanna hear your interpretation! I wanna hear what you both have to say.
Pleeeaaaaase?

What game?
Hahahahaha, ok, tomorrow night I promise.
Goodnight Totali, Wolf of the SouthWind! I'll see you tomorrow!

I honestly have no earthly idea what you're talking about right now and you're going to have to explain this to me.
THEE game.
Fine.
I shall be expecting it!
Goodnight, White, Dreamer of the East!

2.) I had an interesting dream last night, and now I'm going to type it in full detail:
It started out as a nightmare, with me being trapped in some sort of ghetto with a bunch of people chasing me with guns and basically looking to kill me. I hopped on the back of someone's truck who was going to take me out of that place, and they told me as long as I stayed in the back of the truck, I should be fine. And...well, I did, and then I walked into a large house that was supposed to be mine. I looked out the window in the back kitchen, and there was a tornado. I told it to go away and it actually did.I walked out of my house and saw a building nextdoor. On the outside, it looked kind of like a small shop you'd see in an old part of town. It was made of adobe, I think! Anyway, I started running towards this shop because I just felt the need to do so...not to simply walk towards it, but to run full-tilt in it's direction. I slipped a little in the street on my way there, but regained my balance and ran up to the doors, which were really beautiful dark wooden ones. One door said "There used to be a war inside myself", the other said "and now I know who I am" in golden letters. There was a sign on the side of the building that said "Therianthropy" on it by the way. I stood there and thought about whether or not I should really open these doors, but I eventually came to the conclusion that there was no harm in it, opened the doors, walked inside, and dropped on all fours. It was quite beautiful inside, I dunno how to describe it - there was a large, domed roof with stained glass and paintings of animals all around. I woke up in the middle of walking around in the building.
Ok, well here's my interpretation of your dream as I promised. I must note that unlike Vin's, which is logical and more centered around your subconscious, mine is going to be more of an interpretation.
In the beginning of the dream, you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation surrounded by fear and danger. This is a reflection of where you find yourself now. It feels as if there is a lot of uncertainty in your life and you're afraid of what's coming in the future and how you will be prepared for it. However, the truck represents hope and safety. It represents a direction in your life and the people who will be there to help you. However, it is imperative that you stay on track. The house is yourself and along with the tornado serves as a reminder that only you can make the most important decisions in your life. The shop represents who you wish to be, and it is very important that you are not there now; that you must first move to get there. The stumble is important too, because you will first have to go through tough times before you can obtain that goal. However, with direction, you will recover and make it to where you're supposed to be. I must stress though that it is not something that you will be able to do alone, but at the same time, it must be something that you figure out for yourself.

Hey, thanks!
Don't worry about it, I can understand what you're saying in it perfectly!
Ah, I see.
Hmm..you think that the place I'm supposed to be heading is...well, college?
Offline
Hahahahaha, I don't know, only you do.
Offline
Well, I think that might be it!
Or at least that's what I'm going to assume.
That's the first thing I thught of, afterall!
