Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

Ah, I see you have a taste for very epic-sounding stuff...excluding the first one, which was pretty heavy, but also nice. big_smile My favorite one of those links is probably the Steven Jabolonsky one - just...awesome. big_smile I also like the Spirit one, it has a nice feel to it! smile

This is my top five, according to my Last.fm plays:
AFI (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2EC5kqUlFLc), Eluveitie (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vg2iNg0nto8), Nightwish (I know you've heard this cuz you said you got a CD tongue), Kamelot (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMFqdlvqAw0), and Crime in Stereo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hC5NB6jrQw).  yay. tongue I can't actually choose five when I think about it, so I'll just go by that, haha!

I need to check out more movie scores.
That Steven Jabolonsky guy has convinced me.

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

Yeah for the most part it is epic music. Those composers though have lighter stuff as well, those just happen to be some of my favorites. wink

Exciting. I'll have to give them a listen. wink

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

It is so very true. It is one of the things I really enjoy about it as you can almost feel the music and motions within.

Ah I do remember the first, third and fourth. wink I will say the second one is brilliant. I love that style of music. I also found the last song to be quite interesting, I don't think I have ever heard of that group.

Well I think I'm going to head off to bed now. So you have a marvelous evening TM! Enjoy your sleep and your Sunday. smile

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

I'm doing great. I'm almost doing the same thing save making Osteology cards instead of writing novels. Also contemplating if I want to attempt running this evening in the cold white stuff.

Running in the snow, eh? tongue I've taken long walks in the snow, but have never ran in it!  And um, I doubt I'll have the chance to run through snow anytime soon, living in Florida. hmm

Osteology?
That's something to do with bones, right?
I can't remember.

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. I'm still debating on if I want to brave the cold air which will eat my lungs or the chance of slipping. You might get a chance to attempt running through the snow someday. wink I will say though having your footing taken away and falling to the ground is no fun. I usually fall about three times a week due to the hidden traps of ice under the white. I will say though it looks brilliant outside right now. big_smile

Dead on! I'm working on study cards for Frogs, Turtles and Fish at the moment.

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

Well, um...wear a thick jacket. big_smile I usually took walks in my hoodie & jeans though, which in all honesty was probably not a good idea, but whatever. wink I didn't have a really big, thick coat. tongue And yeah, cold weather does kinda eat at your lungs after a while. hmm Still, I like cold weather. big_smile

Study cards, eh?  A test coming up?

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

I have jackets that I wear but they don't help much with the falling. tongue So along the lines of keeping warm, have you ever had phantom fur? Also has it ever kept you warmer when you have fur?

Yep, I have a test every Thursday in that class. Luckily this is going to be my last one, which will be quite exciting.

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

well, yeah, I guess falling in snow and then um, your clothes getting wet as a result of falling in that snow would be problematic. tongue And as far as phantom fur is concerned, not often, but a few times.  I didn't notice any differences as far as how warm/cold I was, though.  Why? Are you having a phantom fur sensation?

Yay, the last one! big_smile
Every thursday, huh?  Well, damn. tongue I remember it being kinda like that in my math class last year, a quiz almost every week.  Not every single week, mind you, but almost...hmm

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

Well I have from time to time had the sensation of fur in various places. I noticed that it tends to be a bit warmer when I have fur than when I don't. I find it quite fascinating that it can even create the temperature change.

Yeah weekly quizzes can be trying at times. At least your done with that particular math class.

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

Phantom fur, I find, is the oddest sensation out of all of them. I dunno why it feels stranger than everything else, but it's just...odd.  hmm

yeah, I'm glad I'm done with it.
big_smile

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

I think that the tail is the oddest sensation for myself. I especially find it odd when my tail acts on its own accord at times.

It is always nice to be done with the difficult subjects. I will be very happy when I am done with Chemistry. So what math class was it?

Oh I also do believe that I let you "bite" me and gave you that money. tongue

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

Haha, yeah!  It is an odd feeling, but I'm very used to that, as it's kind of a permanent fixture for me, regarding the phantom tail. tongue

I think it was called Liberal Arts Mathematics.  It was a mixture of geometry and algebra.  I actually did pretty good with the geometry, but um...I needed a lot of help with the algebra. tongue

As for this:

I actually don't recall this at all.  Refresh my memory, please.

Oh, and I had a weird dream a few days ago.
I keep thinkin' about it.

Re: I really haven't posted in a long time, have I?

Ah yes I have forgotten about that. I was going to ask you a question about it as well. A theory that I have come up with is that my shifts tend to happen upon self reflection. Thus far it has stood the test of those who shift in and out, however, I was curious to know that with your constant phantom shifting if you felt them more strongly when you were reflecting upon self?

As for my shifting I think my tail is the most frequent thing for me to feel and the sensation never ceases to amaze me.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Don't remember biting me so you could use me to get money, eh? tongue

Well, hmmm...  If I'm thinking hard about therianism in specific, then the sensations do get stronger, but only if I'm thinking specifically on therianism.

I'll admit that the tail gets annoying sometimes, and it just feels odd putting on pants over it. tongue

I think I'm starting to remember now.
It's beginning to come back to me...tongue

Yes! big_smile Just a few, but yeah, haha.  My favorite concert was the Rancid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hf6w65yh1NU) one I attended.  Great performance, great circle pits, great memories. big_smile I need to go to concerts more often - they're really fun. tongue I've been to plenty of local band's shows, but not many big ones. hmm

And um...where shall my investigations begin?
