How was your day?
Offline
Pretty good, White.
I just went shopping...that's all.
Still...I'm eating steak. And steak is awesome.
How are you?
Offline
Hahahahahahahahahahaha, mind if I have some?
Doing fine, doing fine. Had the last day of my internship today and I got to close it off with a bang.
Offline
*throws steak in White's general direction.*
Whoo! How'd it go out with a bang, exactly?
Offline
Hahahahahahahahahahaha, well, the final patient I got to see was insane... I mean, literally insane.
Offline
Haha, awesome!
Insane people are the best...especially the dirty hippies that are all gently caressed up because of all the drugs they did back in the day that you see at busstops.
Offline
Hahahahaha, well she definitely was something... The prescription: go to a mental health institution.
So you've just been chillin' today?
Offline
Haha! Sweeeeet. What was wrong with her anyways?
Yep.
Basically.
Offline
Hey, I'm back!
Oh geez, what wasn't wrong with her! That's the real question! She was a hypochondriac, probably was bipolar, had a boderline personality, was phobic, and suffered from quite a few other more complex syndromes. It was a very interesting case, and a fun one to observe.
Offline
Jesus Christ! Wow...I don't think I've ever met anyone that messed up before, haha. It'd be an interesting thing to study - I took Psychology last year and learned about mental illnesses in it. Very fun!
Offline
Yeah, it was an interesting thing to see...
Offline
I...kinda wanna be there to see it.
I feel bad for the girl though.
Must be difficult.
Offline
Yeah, the good thing though is that she knows and accepts that she needs help though. The worst kinds are the ones who either can't or refuse to see that they need it. Some people are just like brick walls when you tell them stuff like that, but in her case I think that she's so concerned about her health (her hypochondriac side), that it really overrides any refusal on the subject.
So when does school start back up for you? Next Monday?
Offline
Yep.
I'm dreading it, haha
It's over too soon...summer I mean.
What about you?
Offline
Hahahahahahahaha, yeah. I'm not as "upset" about it as usual, but it really doesn't feel like it's starting that soon. Maybe I'm just in denial.
Offline
That could be it. You don't want it to be over too soon, thus you're making yourself feel like isn't. Tsk tsk, Whitester. Denial isn't good for the mind, body and soul.
Offline
Hahahahahahahahahahaha, well it's really weird... Normally I get kind of nervous about school starting a week or two in advance, but right now I feel nothing. I think it's because this is my first "easy" semester in a really, really long time, so I'm actually kind of looking forward to it.
Offline
I see the date approaching but it does not feel like it is coming. It almost seems to be a paradox.
Offline
Nice White.
And cs...what stupid classes are you referring to?
And...almost Vin, haha. I feel it coming, though.
Offline
Hahahahahahahaha, it's funny, because a couple of weeks ago it seemed a lot closer than it does now.
Offline
I am very excited to start again, however, I'm worried that it will be as hectic as last semester which was direct insanity.
Offline
cs, at least you'll be able to pass them easily, despite how tedious it is learning a bunch of crap you already know.
White, I felt the exact opposite. A couple weeks ago, I was like "I have nothing to worry about! No school for a looong time!"
Well, Vinster...if it is hectic, then at least it'll be...exciting. I guess. Unless you meant hectic as in tons of work to be done...then maybe not.
Offline
I'm mostly just happy because now I actually have things to do. I was very, very lazy this summer compared to other years.
Offline
Speaking of which, my mailbox is awfully lonely...
Offline
Since you insisted...
