Nope, I boycot any form of fast food. Their caesar dressing contains ample amounts of fat. I primarily eat fresh veggies, 1 potato a day, 6 egg whites, a piece of toast, protein bar, and 3 chicken breasts. Every single day. Sometimes I switch it up and have a steak or oatmeal.

I wish I was as concerned with my diet...I do tend to eat quite unhealthy stuff. I was always the picky eater as a kid...not wanting things unless they were in pretty shapes and stuff. Thats still kinda rubbed off on me even now. Hmm....2 targets I need to set myself, 1. Learn to cook more then I do! 2. Start trying different foods, and aim to eat a bit more healthy!

Hmmm, I have the same problem. Before I began my lifestyle change (inside and out), I hated most foods, especially healthy ones. But after being on the diet for so long and seeing the muscle progression, I love to eat what I do.

What you could also do...is drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day. You'll lose weight fairly quickly, and the water also helps your skin retain elasticity so it doesn't sag when you lose the weight.

Well, I'm on creatine, glutamine, and glucosamine suppliments, which cause retaining of water in the muscles. So to avoid dehydration, I have to drink 10 - 12 glasses a day. I'm working my way up to 9, but 10 just make me sick!
I have 10 - 20lbs left to lose. I went shopping today for new clothes and I've gone down 4 sizes!
