One note: You got his left hind paw in opposite colors, his right one has the correct colors.

Yep, and I knew that you would notice the mistake. I wasn't paying attention when I was coloring him so that is why the one hind paw is inverted. I could have kicked myself for making such a mistake. *sighs* Oh well, maybe next time I'll get it right.

More new stuff. I keep smuding the ink lines by not waiting long enough for the image to dry before erasing my pencil lines. Oh well, I'll get it right eventually.

Well I meant gel based pens, not ink ones. You can get them in Office Depot/Office Max/Wallmart, the gel behaves like ink so you can try some experiments without use an expensive equipment. Also pencils B, HB and H helps a lot too: H/Hb for first ddobles, HB/B for final lines.
Ah I see. I might try that, though it will be hard not to reach for my trusty V5 pen for inking. I have a set of those pencils, but i rarely use them.
