I worked a couple of customer service jobs for 2 call centers here over a 6-7 year span. Honestly, I think it changed me. It made me jaded to most people and their problems, and I hated that it changed me. Thankfully I changed to my current job back on 06, and I seem to be recovering. Though I still have some mental scars from total nightmare customers.

I've just come off 3 days of feeling like total crap. Had the flu big time, which is bizarre for me, as I tend to not get sick. Was nice at least to have a 4 day break from work!
