its ok guys they dont do cybernetic repairs anymore they found out it was costing too much it cost 3million just for my eye and shadows "upgrades" cost 10 million, they still do offer enhancments to agents if they ask for em but it doesnt happen much now but partners are still upgraded if the master requests it or it coinsides with the agents work
