Hmm... so you eat fruits and nuts too Blue... okay, so what's IN red meat that it's hard to find in other places - can't just be the protein...

I can eat veggie burgers all day (yum!) but I tried a vegetarian meat slice once and felt sick for the rest of the day. And it was up to date and everything. I've always been curious about those fake veggie bacon strips - they're SOO FUNNY!
