I appreciate it.
She's not doing so great. I'm hopeful we can turn things around but the doctors who've been treating her since she got her lung transplant 4 and a half years ago have decided there's nothing else they can do. They say she's going through rejection. She's very breathless and pretty much can't do much of anything outside of relaxing on the couch or sitting in bed at the moment.
Personally I'm just glad I can be here and help out around the house and have time with mum.
Sorry I didn't drop by on my way over, but I ended up going through Tokyo to get here 
Turns out that most flights directly from the US to Australia were booked because of World Youth Day. The city's about to go bonkers I think!

Hehe - good call, Zage; maybe that would make it easier to swallow the crow...
Oooooh! 'Swallow' the Crow! That pun was so bad it left a smudge on the screen!
To be honest, I've found Crow a lot easier to eat when it's still warm. The More time goes by, the tougher it gets to stomach. Again, just a simpler observation on my part..
