How about fried ice cream.

Sadly, yes...Fried icecream makes me dreadfully ill for some reason. I've had it two separate times and both times I ended up throwing up for the next 24 hours.

XD I chuckled at that sentence. Over here we'd just call em somethin like a 'whatever flavoured sponge cake' or something lol.
We drink tea, and eat Yorkshire Puddings and do...British things XD
Offline
Yea, i'm with you on the whole "british people and tea..."

Hmm...maybe I can make you a nice sunday dinner one day! Yorkshire puddins', mash, a nice bit of beef, roast potatoes and a bit of veg on the side. Can't beat it! Unless it's a choccie milkshake or something! The way to get me to anything...give me a choccie milkshake! XD My only weakness!

Yorkshire pudding? I know the little dogs can get annoying, but to make pudding outta them? *bleh* j/k , I know what it is.

I lol'd so hard at that!

Basically, what you're describing is a typical sunday dinner (for us anyways)
sounds amazing.
Offline
Aha, thats good! I was worried sunday dinners like that were a UK only thing, woo! The world knows the greatness of sunday dinners!

*noms on some tea biscuits*

yea, my grandmother always made sunday dinner, and that's been the only time where we've all sat down together...
My grandmother, as i've previously mentioned, was from Manchester (how far from where you are?), and she did a lot of stuff that confused me when i was younger. makes sense now.
Offline
Wow, so some of your family originate from the UK? Cool! Manchester isn't too far from where I live. I'd say its about an hour and a half's drive away from my place.
Offline
I think I have family from the UK, too, on my dad's side. I know I have dutch relatives, on my mom's side.
