Ahh, it was a little while ago (in the last couple weeks), and I was basically just having a conversation on here with White when all of a sudden...I'd felt odd. Basically, the phantom sensations got a lot stronger than usual and then I'd started to have trouble keeping focus on the computer. I'd basically taken White's suggestion after that and had gone off the computer for a bit...and then...if I said I felt zoned out but not at the same time, would that make any sense?

Ah that is very interesting indeed. I do think that I follow what your meaning, and you very well may have had a light mental shift. When you were in that state how was your thinking? Like what sort of thoughts were you having about anything really?

Ah that is very interesting, as I would say I feel the opposite when I have mental shifts, I feel more down to earth and connected to things... Hmmm... could you have been extremely tried and the phantom shift came out on top of that?

Yeah that could very well be a possibility as well. I think the best thing to do would just keep note if it happens again, and see if you can decide what it may have been if it was a mental shift or something else.
